LKeep it interesting! Bike, swim, kickbox, take classes, hike, etc. take time to remember why you love to be fit! enjoy yourself :)

abs, lifting, going for light jogs everyday or just keep on training!

weight lifting is always good, taking up jogging is especially good for 400m sprinters and up… just keep yourself active!
