Shin splints SUCKS!! when do you get shin splints?
I HATE THEM! when i’m jogging or running on a treadmill i get shin splints. Do you?
when do you get shin splints? when i’m sprinting i don’t get them, but it’s when i’m jogging or not running at sprint speed is when i get shin splints.
No whenever i run i never heel strike, i ALWAYS run on the balls of my feet as if i’m sprinting.

Try heel walks when you’re warming up to strengthen. And you want to run more heel-toe instead of your toes-that’s when you strain your shins

Have you actually videotaped your gait and checked? Just saying, I’ve heard many people that say they forefoot/midfoot strike but heel strike

they can happen if you have worn down shoes so id suggest a new pair of shoes like asics or mizunos, give it a week or two and theyll go away
